Age Groups

Flag
Flag Football and Flag Cheer is open to children that are ages 6 or 7 as of August 1st of that year.
Rookie
Rookie Tackle Football and Rookie Cheer is open to children that are ages 8 or 9 as of August 1st of that year. Younger participants can request to "play up" with this age group with permission from the board and coaches.
Pro (Formerly JV)
Pro Tackle Football and Pro Cheer is open to children that are ages 10 or 11 as of August 1st of that year (10-13 for Pro Cheer). Younger participants can request to "play up" with this age group with permission from the board and coaches.
